Coast Guard Launches New Cruise Ship Center of Expertise

WHAT: Coast Guard will launch the newly established Miami Cruise Ship Center of Expertise at the Cruise Line International Association's Annual Leadership Forum.  CLIA consists on 24 cruise lines that represent 97 percent of the cruise capacity marketed from North America.
