SAN DIEGO (Oct. 13, 2005) - The crew of the 87-foot Coast Guard Cutter SEA OTTER mans the rails during an In-Service Ceremony held at the Coast Guard Pier at Ballast Point. Sea Otter (WPB 87362) will be under the command of U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego, joining the 110-foot USCGC Edisto and the 87-foot USCGCs Haddock and Petrel.
